The Kuper KI-100SP63 is an innovative undercounter ice machine designed exclusively for high-volume premium bars and upscale lounges. This fully automated, air-cooled unit produces up to 104 crystal-clear, 2.5-inch sphere ice cubes every 24 hours without requiring any manual intervention. Measuring 36 inches wide, its compact footprint allows for seamless integration beneath standard bar counters or as a freestanding station. By utilizing proprietary ice formation technology, this machine delivers perfectly uniform spheres that elevate high-end cocktail presentations and provide a longer-lasting pour.
Built to withstand the rigorous demands of bustling hospitality environments, this sphere ice maker features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior. A unique dynamic storage tray gently rotates the finished ice to maintain its pristine clarity and ensure spheres remain easily accessible during peak service. Furthermore, the temp-regulated storage bin holds the ice at the ideal serving temperature until it is needed. Bartenders and operators can easily monitor cycle status, system diagnostics, and timing using the intuitive touchscreen control panel.
