The Follett D1010R Horizon Elite air-cooled evaporator produces up to 978 lbs of customer-favorite Chewblet nugget ice daily. Designed to connect to a remote condenser (available separately), this machine provides a high-capacity solution for busy healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, and food service operations. By utilizing RIDE technology, it automatically moves ice through a tube up to 75 feet away from the unit, ensuring a quiet dispensing area free from noisy harvest cycles.
This remote nugget ice maker is built for long-term efficiency and reduced maintenance. Its scale-inhibiting design uses significantly less water than typical cubers and isolates scale-producing solids to extend the life of the machine. Sanitary operation is supported by Agion antimicrobial protection, a floatless sealed design that helps prevent biofilms, and a semi-automatic cleaning system. The D1010R operates on a standard 115V electrical connection and includes an upgraded LED diagnostic display.
Key Features:

Sanitary Design: Features Agion silver-based antimicrobial protection and a floatless sealed system.
