Transform the beverage service of your high-volume establishment with the Follett D1810R Horizon Elite ice machine. Designed specifically as an air-cooled evaporator unit, this system connects to a separately sold remote condenser to deliver outstanding daily production. It yields an impressive 1784 pounds of popular Chewblet nugget ice every 24 hours to keep up with intense commercial demand. With advanced RIDE technology, operators can reliably route ice through a flexible tube up to 75 feet away, keeping the main unit completely out of the customer view.
This ENERGY STAR certified unit operates with exceptional efficiency, consuming significantly less water than comparable cuber models. A revolutionary scale-inhibiting design aggressively reduces scale buildup by isolating and expelling dissolved solids from the incoming water. For enhanced sanitation, the sealed, floatless configuration prevents biofilm growth while key components utilize Agion silver-based antimicrobial protection. Maintenance staff can easily monitor performance and troubleshoot potential issues using the integrated LED diagnostic display.
