Maximize your facility's ice handling efficiency with the Follett DEV860SG-48-75 storage and shuttle system. Built for demanding commercial environments, this unit features an 860-pound storage capacity to accommodate high-volume service needs. It utilizes an advanced front chute that allows gravity to dispense ice directly into the included cart, operating much faster than manual scooping methods. By eliminating the need to scoop directly from the main bin, this configuration significantly minimizes the risk of cross-contamination.
The exterior and base are constructed of stainless steel for exceptional durability, paired with a corrosion-resistant poly bin liner. To enhance user control, the exclusive SmartGATE shield regulates the flow of ice, preventing unexpected spills while limiting operator contact. Furthermore, the resilient PowerHinge poly door remains open on its own, enabling convenient one-handed operation. This complete setup arrives with a SmartCART 75, three Totes ice carriers, and essential ice management accessories for immediate integration.
Key Features:
Substantial Storage: The main bin holds up to 860 pounds of ice to support bustling commercial operations.
Rapid Gravity Dispensing: The specialized front chute loads ice into the shuttle cart up to seven times faster than traditional scooping.
SmartCART System Included: This package comes with a polyethylene cart and three Totes ice carriers holding up to 75 pounds total.
Durable Stainless Steel: A full stainless steel exterior and base provide reliable strength and simple maintenance.
SmartGATE Ice Shield: An innovative shield securely manages ice flow to reduce spills and limit manual contact.
Specific Ice Compatibility: This shuttle system is specifically engineered for use with cube or Chewblet ice types only.
