The Follett C1010A Horizon Elite is a high-capacity, air-cooled ice machine engineered to deliver exceptional performance in busy commercial foodservice settings. Designed to generate up to 1,061 pounds of popular Chewblet nugget ice every 24 hours, this self-contained unit ensures your establishment can easily keep up with heavy daily demand. The proprietary RIDE technology allows operators to automatically transport ice through a tube to a dispenser or bin located up to 75 feet away. This remote dispensing capability provides unmatched flexibility when designing your front-of-house or back-of-house layout.
Beyond its impressive output, this machine incorporates a revolutionary scale-inhibiting design that reduces the total dissolved solids in the ice to just 15 percent of the incoming water, resulting in superior-tasting beverages. It also delivers excellent utility savings by using 35 percent less water than comparable cuber models. Maintenance and sanitation are streamlined through a floatless, sealed design that helps prevent biofilm formation, alongside Agion silver-based antimicrobial protection. Staff can easily monitor the equipment and manage maintenance tasks using the upgraded, intuitive LED diagnostic display.
